Job Description:
1. Assert what each customer needs
2. Team Leader: managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
3. Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
4. Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, monitoring, and evaluating job results
5. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
6. Ensures availability of merchandise and services
7. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

Job Specification:
1. 4-5 years of experience in luxury sales/management
2. Must have retail experience
3. University degree in related field
